Dr. Lorenz is the owner of Oak View and is a founding member of Cats Anonymous, a non-profit organization that spays and neuters feral cats. She has a special interest in treating cats and in general surgery.
She shares her home with her dog- Luka (Labrador Retriever) and her cats - Bob, CJ, Olive & Silvey.

Dr. Justin Le Mahieu
Dr. Justin Le Mahieu grew up in a small town in southeast Wisconsin. He attended UW-Green Bay for his undergraduate degree and began working at Oak View in 2017 as a veterinary assistant. In 2018 he began his veterinary schooling at Ross University on the island of St. Kitts, but continued to work at Oak View during his breaks. He completed his clinical year at the University of Wisconsin and graduated from Ross University in 2022.
He is very happy to be back at Oak View as a doctor and looks forward to working with every client, both old and new. Dr. Le Mahieu’s interests include general surgery and preventative medicine.
When not at the clinic, he enjoys camping, board games, and cheering on all Wisconsin sports teams. He shares his home with his wife Jess and their dog Dane (Shepherd/Husky Mix), and two cats Leila & Kaleeya.
Dr. Ruth Hanson
Dr. Hanson has special interests in preventative medicine and client education. She treats dogs and cats.
She enjoys horseback riding, wilderness camping, and traveling. She is married to Dr. Hogenson and they have two children. She also shares her home with Blue Jay (Australian Shepherd) and Rook (Australian Shepherd) and two cats - Sully and Boo and two horses - Bert and Saffron.
Dr. Emily Basten
Dr. Basten was born and raised in Green Bay, WI. After attending the University of Minnesota College of Veterinary Medicine, she moved to south Texas where she was very involved in rescue efforts, shelter medicine and high volume/high quality surgeries for many years.
With of all the time spent helping save thousands of homeless animals, she is very passionate about spay/neuter, behavior and preventative medicine for our pets. Dr. Basten also performs many of the surgeries for Cats Anonymous, the non-profit created to assist in the feral cat population.
She enjoys spending time with her daughter and the many rescue pets in her home.
Dr. Tracy Olson
Dr. Olson is excited to be joining the Oak View team! She graduated from the University of Wisconsin's School of Veterinary Medicine in 2007. After graduation, she completed a small animal internship in Greensboro, North Carolina before settling with her husband in Green Bay. As a lifelong Packers fan, moving to Green Bay was a dream come true and she and her family make it to at least one game per year. Dr. Olson practiced in Green Bay for 16 years prior to coming to Oak View. While she enjoys all aspects of general practice, she does have a special interest in geriatric medicine for both dogs and cats.
Outside of work, she and her husband Bill are the busy parents to their 3 children. Most nights they can be found at soccer, football, softball, Cub Scouts, piano lessons, and karate. In her free time, Dr. Olson enjoys reading, visiting family, and rooting for the Packers, Brewers, Bucks, and Badgers. She and her family also have 2 cats-Xander and Bruno- and a Plott Hound mix puppy named Evie. After only having Labradors, a hound is a fun change of pace. The cats, though, are unimpressed with Evie thus far.
Dr. Sarah VanderZanden
Dr. VanderZanden grew up in Green Bay and has been referring family and friends to Oak View for years.
She attended UW-Madison for both her undergraduate and veterinary medical degrees. After completing veterinary school, Dr. VZ completed an equine surgical internship in Denver before returning to private practice in the Chicago area. She enjoys her days working with the amazing team at Oak View Veterinary Hospital.
When she’s not at the clinic seeing patients, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her family and cleaning up after their cat, Frank.

Sandy - Practice Manager
Sandy joined the Oak View team in 2002. She is dedicated to the veterinary field and to providing support to her team.
She currently serves on the Executive Board for the Wisconsin Veterinary Practice Managers Association (WVPMA) along with a previous term from 2012-2016 and also served as Vice President for the Mossakowkski Family Dog Park Committee from 2011-2019, a local organization for the Bellevue Dog Park.
She enjoys volunteering, the outdoors, yoga, cycling and spending time with her family.
Sandy and her family share their home with their dogs Gus (Boston Terrier), Loki (Lab Mix), and her cats.

Chrissy - Office Manager
Chrissy happily joined the Oak View team in fall of 2021. As a long-time client of Oak View, she knew this was a team and environment she would love!
Chrissy and her husband love to camp, ski, read, bake and play board games.
They have 2 boisterous and sweet poodle mixes named Roxy and Pluto that keep them busy and laughing.

Pam-CVT
Pam has been at Oak View for 11 years and 2024 will mark her 30th year as a CVT. She has 2 Siamese cats at home that are constantly in trouble, Sterling and Jericho. She is passionate about feline senior care, canine and feline dental health, and diabetic management. Her absolute favorite patients include all elderly cats and any type of small dogs (but ESPECIALLY chihuahuas).
When she isn’t working she enjoys spending time with her husband and 3 kids.

Rylee - CVT
Rylee graduated from the veterinary technician program at Madison College in May of 2023 and joined the team shortly after. She recently passed her certification exam, making her our newest CVT!
Rylee really enjoys making our K9 patients feel welcome by giving them lots of attention and treats. Her favorite part of the job is monitoring the patients while they are under anesthesia.
Rylee spends her time outside of work taking care of and loving her 9 horses, 2 dogs, 3 cats, and 1 rabbit. Her favorite hobby is riding her horses.
Chelsea - CVT
Chelsea joined the Oak View team in June 2021. She graduated from Globe University and obtained her CVT license in 2016. Her greatest interests in the veterinary field are surgery and nursing care.
Chelsea shares her home with her family and 2 dogs, Brynn and Beau (Papillon Mixes) and her 2 cats, Bridge and Binx! She enjoys running and spending time with her family and pups.

Malia-Veterinary Assistant
Malia joined the team in September 2021. She previously worked at a boarding facility for many years and has loved continuing gaining knowledge within the clinic.
She has two dogs of her own, Major (German Shepherd Mix) and Karlee (Rottweiler) and her cat Luna.
In her free time she enjoys pet sitting, volunteering at a hobby farm, playing volleyball, reading, and spending time with her family and friends!

Janae - Veterinary Assistant
Janae started at Oak View in June of 2018. She was previously working at Crivitz Veterinary Hospital. Janae has been working the field for a total of 7 years and is still learning new things.
She has a dog named Kocoum (German Shepherd/Pit Bull mix) and 2 cats, Marley and Eleanor.
During her free time she enjoys hunting, fishing, boating, and spending quality time with family and friends!
Kiyanna-Veterinary Assistant
Kiyanna joined the team in 2019.
She is currently attending Fox Valley Technical College's Veterinary Technician program.
Kiyanna and her husband Devin have 6 fur babies; one dog, Penny (Retriever Mix) and 5 cats; Teemo, Luna, Weasley, Moody, and Pomona.
In her free time, Kiyanna enjoys reading, shopping, and binge-watching reality competition shows (Survivor, Big Brother, Amazing Race)!

Molly-Veterinary Assistant
Molly joined the Oak View team in July of 2024. She is currently going to school at UWGB for animal biology and is interested in possibly becoming a CVT.
She has 2 cats of her own; a calico named Peanut and a black Tuxedo named Pickles.
Outside of work she enjoys spending as much times as possible outdoors. She also enjoys a lot of art, mainly painting and pottery.
Melissa-Veterinary Assistant/Receptionist
Melissa joined the team in July 2024 and works as a veterinary assistant and a receptionist. She has a background in cat rescue and especially loves our feline patients.
Melissa enjoys spending time outdoor with her fiancé and his two children and snuggling her cats; Bruce Wayne and Detective Harvey Bullock
Amelia-CVT
Amelia has been a veterinary technician for 6 years and joined the Oak View team in April of 2024. She enjoys learning in the veterinary field the most.
She and her husband enjoy spending quality time with family, friends, and pets.

Jamie joined the Oak View team in 2012. Her love for animals started at a very young age and her first job was working with pets at her family's business.
She enjoys DIY projects, antiquing, photography, movies, and spending time with her husband and 2 dogs, Milo (Boston Terrier/Beagle mix), Ruby (Golden Retriever) and her cats - Nola, Lux and Iris.

Karissa joined the Oak View team in 2022. She has always had a passion for animals.
Karissa loves to snowboard, hike, weight lift, make art, watch Star Wars, and play DnD.
Karissa and her boyfriend live in Green Bay along with their dog-Ghost (husky), three cats-Nymeria, Paprika, and Scrumbles, two bearded dragons-Drogo and Rhaegar, corn snake-Darth Slitherus, and two ducks-Moose and Pop Tart.

Sarah joined the team at Oak View in 2019. She loves working with and around animals. She loves caring for pets and continuing her education in relation to the amazing animals in her life.
Sarah and her husband live in Green Bay with her dog Jojo (Lab Mix), her leopard gecko Tuna, and her two cats Herman and Tater Tot.
Sarah loves to travel, bake, play video games with friends, and spend quality time with her loved ones.

Amanda joined the Oak View team in October of 2017. She has always been passionate about animals and considers them to be an important part of a happy and healthy lifestyle.
Amanda has 5 cats; Toulouse, Caffrey, Nestor, Henry, and Hilde. She also has a cattle dog mix named Coral.
Amanda enjoys traveling, going to concerts, and spending time with friends.

Terri - Receptionist
Terri joined the Oak View Team in 2016. She truly enjoys working with our clients and giving love to our patients.
Terri shares her home with her dog, Cali (Golden Retriever).
Jack-Clinic Cat
Jack became our clinic cat in February of 2023 after his current family could no longer care for his health conditions after his life long owner has recently passed away and he had been rehomed to a family member.
He freely roams all over Oak View during the week, his favorite spot being on top of our office manager, Sandy's desk. He isn't afraid of the patients that come in-he will purposefully walk by them and make them walk around him.
Since he is is on daily medications, he spends his days at our vet assistant, Malia's house. He is a spoiled boy!
